Jose Canseco
Huh….ambidexterous pitcher. That would mess up an entire lineup.
Id say Jim Abbott of the Angels used both hands
Yes, i remember reading it once. a very long time ago but i remember that he would raise his hands in his wind up then decide on what arm he would use. i believe it was banned a year later because it through hitters off too much
There’s some college kid doing it this year. Can’t remember his name or team. It was in SI.
Yes. There have been a few switch pitchers
Greg Harris did Sept 28, 1995. He was the last guy to do this in the MLB.
I also remember hearing a story of a minor league pitcher who did this in a game.. against a switch hitter, and the two switched back and forth many times until the umpire had to intervene.
read the bottom of this page for a brief mention of the story:
There’s a kid from Creighton University named Paul Venditte who did it this past season. While you can switch during a game, I think it is illegal to switch hands during the same at-bat.
wow good Q ,i learn something new, from this answers.
i know this billy wagner use 2 be a righty, but his arm got broken and he swithed 2 being a left handed pitcher.
