go to yahoo fantasy help and email them. make sure you give them the following info:

* Yahoo ID
* Date of Birth
* Two of the following: [Zip Code, Alt Email Address, Street Address,
or
Phone Number]

you might want to set up a free yahoo email account before you contact them and then give them this info also so they can transfer your league to your new account.
