a great way to practice is to swing a bat in a swimming pool!! chaep and very strengthening
A few things i do are… u need 2 people
Take 100 ground Balls a day
Take 100 soft toss
take 50 live bp
Hit some beans(NOT COOKED)
Sort toss-long toss
run
work on fielding
